• Students studying in the Veterinary Office Administration Certificate program will have their fall semester invoice mailed to them in mid-to-late July
  • Please ensure the campus has your most up-to-date mailing information if you have recently moved 

Preferred Methods of Payment

  • Cheque or Money Order- please make payable to University of Guelph and make sure you include your student number to identify yourself
    • Mail to: University of Guelph, Ridgetown Campus, 120 Main St E, Ridgetown, ON, N0P 2C0

Other Accepted Methods of Payment

  • Online Banking - if paying by online banking, it is required that you email Janine Bedford, Ridgetown Student Accounts, at jbedford@uoguelph.ca, to notify her of payment
    • Payee Name: University of Guelph Student Fees
    • Account Number: Your 7-digit student number
  • Depending on your banking institution, the University of Guelph may be listed in a variety of ways: University of Guelph Student Fees; Univ of Guelph Student Fees. etc.
  • Make sure you keep a copy of your verification of payment/confirmation number. It is your proof of payment
