About the Library

• Library hours for the Fall Semester: Monday to Thursday, 8:30 AM - 9:00 PM; Friday 8:30 AM to 4:30 PM; Saturday 1:00 PM - 4:00 PM
• Located in the Reek Building, on the main floor and lower level
• Circulation desk, library/bookstore office, and Program Counsellor's office located on the lower level
• Offers a quiet place to study, work on assignments, and complete group work
• Your student card is your library card
• Use your UoG login and password to access online materials
• 120 day loan period and no late fees for print materials
• Friendly staff ready to assist with any questions

• Individual and group study areas within the library
• Desktop computers, printer, scanner, and photocopier available for student use
• Copy of each textbook for the semester on reserve for all programs
• Large collection of industry-related magazines
• Helpful writing and citation resources
• Mark calculator tool to help track your progress
• Learn more about the library and browse resources on the UoG library homepage
• Variety of print resources available at Ridgetown for research, assignments, and personal interest
• Access to UoG library's extensive collection of e-books, electronic journals, and databases (including movie databases for leisure)
• Access to online library guides and How-To topic guides
• Borrow print resources from 16 Ontario universities through the OMNI Academic Search Tool and have them delivered to Ridgetown for pick up
